At Future Wave Foundation, we value every contribution made towards our social causes. Since we are a non-profit organization involved in social welfare and charity, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Donation Refunds

Most donations to the Foundation are made voluntarily for social causes (Education, Health, Disaster Relief, etc.). As these funds are immediately allocated to ongoing social projects:

• One-time Donations: Donations once made are generally non-refundable.
• Error in Amount: If you accidentally donated a wrong amount, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review your request and process a refund if the funds have not yet been utilized for the cause.

2. Internship & Membership Fees

For students applying for internships or individuals joining as members:

• Before Approval: If you wish to cancel your application before it has been processed/approved by our admin, a full refund (minus gateway charges) may be issued.
• After Approval/Issuance: Fees paid for membership or certification are non-refundable once the service (ID card generation, Certificate issuance, or Training start) has commenced.

3. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

If you have signed up for a monthly or recurring donation, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please email us at info@futurewave.org at least 5 days before the next scheduled deduction.

4. Social Work & Event Cancellations

If you have registered for a paid social work workshop or a charity event:

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for "no-shows" or cancellations made on the day of the event.
